Exceledge is looking for an experienced SDE Mentor who can train and prepare candidates for the USA job market and technical interviews.
📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
💼 Role: SDE Mentor
🕒 Shift: US Shift | Monday–Friday
🏢 Mode: On-site
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct SDE technical training & mock interviews
- Prepare candidates for Screening, L1, L2 & Technical Rounds
- Train on Java/Python, DSA, OOPs & Core CS concepts
- Conduct coding & problem-solving sessions
- Review resumes, projects & technical skills
- Conduct JD & company-specific interview preparation
- Identify candidate gaps and create improvement plans
