We are Hiring for Grocery Retail Store

Position : Store Manager II Store Executive

Education : 12th to Graduates

Experience : 06 month to 5 Years in Retails

Salary : 14000 to 35000/-CTC + Incentive

Job Shift Time : 10:am to 9:00 PM

Week off : Any one Day - Rotational

• Key Responsibilities - (Store Executive)
• Handle billing and cash transactions through POS systems.
• Accept payments via cash, card, UPI, and other digital methods.
• Maintain accurate cash records and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
• Generate invoices and issue receipts to customers.
• Welcome and assist customers with product selection.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Refill shelves and manage stock availability.
• Handle customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in inventory management and stock checking.

• Key Responsibilities - (Store Manager)
• Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Monitor stock availability, inventory, and shrinkage control.
• Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Handle cash management, billing supervision, and daily store reports.
• Maintain company SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve store performance.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and head office for stock replenishment and operational support.
