Our product range includes cotton & muslin bags, paper bags, eco mailers, labels, tags, wrapping paper, corrugated boxes, drawstring bags, and other customised packaging solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, cold calling, email, and other channels.
• Identify and approach medium to large brands across fashion, jewellery, beauty, FMCG, hospitality, lifestyle, events, and other relevant industries.
• Connect with founders, procurement heads, purchase managers, sourcing managers, marketing heads, and operations teams.
• Understand customer packaging requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare and share quotations and follow up with prospects to convert enquiries into orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure orders are delivered as committed.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, samples, and sales in the CRM/Sales Tracker.
• Identify opportunities for repeat orders and cross-selling.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• RequirementsFreshers are welcome to apply.
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales / corporate sales / business development is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable communicating with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Experience in packaging, printing, textiles, gifting, FMCG, or related industries will be an advantage.
