Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate quality loan leads.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Promote Home Loans, Personal Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other retail loan products.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to convert enquiries into qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/calling reports.
• Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the Relationship Manager for smooth processing of customer applications.
• Deliver a professional, courteous, and customer-friendly calling experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi (Mandatory).
• Basic communication in English (Preferred).
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
• Target-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand financial products.
• Team player with a customer-first approach.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, BPO, or Telecalling will be an added advantage.
