Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel & Tourism Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries related to travel, holidays, bookings, and tourism services. The candidate will assist customers professionally and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls and resolve travel-related queries.
- Assist customers with flight, hotel, holiday package, and booking-related information.
- Provide accurate information regarding travel schedules, services, policies, and booking status.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners when required.
- Maintain customer details and call records in CRM.
- Follow up with customers regarding bookings, requests, and service issues.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- EligibilityEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of travel and tourism will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
