Job Description
Team Leader – Flipkart Last-Mile WarehouseJob Responsibilities:
- Hire and onboard delivery executives (Delivery Boys) as per manpower requirements.
- Manage daily manpower planning, attendance, and productivity.
- Handle end-to-end last-mile delivery operations.
- Ensure daily delivery targets and operational KPIs are achieved.
- Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and share daily operational reports with management.
- Coordinate with delivery executives and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Maintain proper process compliance and follow company guidelines.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Key Skills:
- Good team management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle manpower and operational challenges.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of reporting and MS Excel.
- Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile operations is preferred.
