Job Description
- Accurately input new client personal details, bank accounts, and compliance documents into the CRM and internal databases.
- Record daily investment transactions, mutual fund applications, and asset allocation data into systems with high precision
- Document Verification & Quality Control
- Match internal records with external depository, bank, or exchange statements to ensure ledger accuracy and resolve mismatches.
- Prepare, print, and dispatch routine statements, portfolio updates, and welcome kits to clients via physical or digital channels.
- Generate routine operational reports, tracking metrics such as daily onboarding counts, active portfolios, or pending documentation.
- Perform end-of-day data backups to secure information databases and promptly report any software or hardware malfunctions.
- Ensure that all sensitive financial data and client records are handled strictly in accordance with company security protocols and privacy standards.
