Computer Operator cum Office Assistant

We are looking for an alert, responsible, and computer-savvy person to manage our day-to-day online website operations along with packing and order-related activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and update the company website and online orders.
• Check incoming orders regularly and ensure all orders are processed correctly.
• Coordinate order packing, labelling, and dispatch.
• Carefully verify products, quantities, addresses, and order details before dispatch.
• Handle basic computer work including Excel, data entry, email, WhatsApp, and website backend.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, stock, dispatches, and returns.
• Coordinate with courier partners for shipment-related issues.
• Identify errors or discrepancies quickly and report them to the management.
• Ensure products are packed neatly, safely, and according to company standards.
• Assist with other computer and operational tasks as required.
• We Are Looking For Someone Who IsVery alert and attentive to detail – mistakes in orders or addresses should be avoided.
• Good with computers and comfortable learning new software.
• Responsible and dependable.
• Fast and accurate with data entry and order processing.
• Comfortable with physical work such as packing and arranging products.
• Good at organizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned work.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.

Previous experience with Shopify or e-commerce websites will be an advantage.
