Job Description

Jainson Locks is hiring a Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflow. The candidate will be responsible for handling the team, monitoring performance


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily team activities.
  • Assign tasks and monitor employee performance.
  • Ensure targets and deadlines are achieved.
  • Maintain staff discipline and monitor attendance.
  • Prepare daily reports and share updates with management.
  • Conduct quality checks of locks and related hardware products.
  • Understand locks, hardware products, and their quality standards.
  • Identify product defects or quality issues and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in the Locks or Hardware Industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Good understanding of locks and hardware products.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle a team and solve problems effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
