  5. Maintain high first-time acceptance and yield rates.
  6. Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  7. Control operational and production budgets.
  8. Reduce manufacturing cost per unit.
  9. Optimize raw material usage and inventory turnover.
  10. Maintain zero-accident safety records.
  11. Monitor labor productivity and shift allocations.
