Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through field visits, references, networking, and local market development.
• Identify and approach potential customers for Force Motors commercial vehicles.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right vehicle/product accordingly.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, applications, pricing, finance options, and benefits to customers.
• Conduct regular customer and market visits to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up regularly on enquiries, quotations, test drives, and pending deals.
• Coordinate with customers, finance companies, RTO, insurance, and internal dealership teams wherever required.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM/system.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and market activities.
• Participate in exhibitions, customer meets, promotional activities, and dealership marketing activities.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Generate referrals and repeat business from existing customers.
