Job Description
We are looking for dynamic, self-driven Sales & Promotion Executives to promote and sell our School ERP software solution to schools across Eastern UP. The role involves direct field visits to schools, building relationships with school owners/principals, demonstrating the ERP product, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit prospective schools (private/public) in the assigned district(s) to promote the School ERP product.
- Conduct product demonstrations for school management, principals, and administrative staff.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and local networking.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and school onboarding goals.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update the CRM/reporting system.
- Coordinate with the operations/support team for smooth onboarding of new schools.
- Build long-term relationships with schools for renewals and referrals.
- Stay updated on competitor products and market trends in the EdTech/ERP space.
