Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into site visits.
- Coordinate and conduct property site visits with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate with clients and handle objections effectively.
- Independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking/closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Must have experience handling calling + site visits + closing independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales process.
