Job Title: Accountant (Tally Prime Specialist)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations, maintain financial records in Tally Prime, and manage end-to-end sales, purchase, banking, and expense transactions.

Key Responsibilities

 * Accounting & Data Entry: Maintain accurate daily accounting entries in Tally Prime, including Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, and Journal Vouchers.

 * Sales & Purchase Management: Generate customer invoices, record vendor bills, reconcile accounts, and track receivables and payables.

 * Banking Operations: Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), manage cash flows, and handle online fund transfers/cheque processing.

 * Expense Tracking: Monitor, verify, and record routine operational, petty cash, and administrative expenses.

 * Compliance & Reporting: Assist with basic GST, TDS, and statutory tax calculations, and prepare periodic financial statements for management.

Qualifications & Requirements

 * Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated accounting role.

 * Software: Expert proficiency in Tally Prime and basic knowledge of MS Excel.

 * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related finance field.

 * Skills: Solid understanding of accounting principles, ledger balancing, inventory tracking, and tax compliance basics.
