Edit long-form and short-form educational videos from raw footage

Add subtitles/captions (CapCut and YouTube native captioning workflows)

Maintain consistent pacing, quality, and branding across videos

Turn around edits within agreed timelines for a regular posting cadence

Occasionally work with footage shot on-site at a working farm

Requirements:

Proven experience editing talking-head or educational content (not just reels/trend edits) — please share a portfolio or sample links

Proficiency in CapCut (or equivalent) and YouTube captioning tools

Strong sense of pacing for retention on long-form educational content

Reliable turnaround and communication

Nice to Have:

Based in or near Goa (occasional on-site filming support)

Interest in sustainability, agriculture, or education content

Experience growing a YouTube channel from early stage

Engagement Type: Freelance / project-based to start (trial edits paid), with potential for ongoing retainer based on fit.
