About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Business Development Associates to join our team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in speaking with potential customers, and an interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through cold calling and other outbound activities.

Contact prospective customers and explain our products/services.

Identify customer requirements and generate business opportunities.

Maintain and follow up with leads regularly.

Convert qualified leads into customers.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new people.

Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.

Basic knowledge of computers and communication tools.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or lead generation will be an advantage.

Compensation & Career Opportunity

First 3 months: Commission-based payout during the initial performance evaluation period.

Candidates demonstrating good performance and consistency will be considered for full-time onboarding after the 3-month period.
