📢 JOB OPENING – JUNIOR ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month
Office Timing: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
Weekly Holiday: Monday
Reporting To: Mr. Avijit Kar, Accountant
Job Responsibilities:
- Purchase Bill Entry
- Sales Invoice Entry
- Proforma Invoice Preparation
- Debit Note Entry
- Credit Note Entry
- Expense Voucher Entry
- Checking and filing accounts documents
- Maintaining accurate records in Tally/Accounting Software
- Assisting Mr. Avijit Kar with daily accounts-related work
- Completing other accounts tasks assigned by Management
Candidate Requirements:
- B.Com or relevant accounting qualification preferred
- Basic working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Understanding of purchase, sales and voucher entries
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply
- Must be accurate, responsible and willing to learn
- Must be comfortable with the stated office timing
Salary will be finalized between ₹12,000 and ₹18,000 depending on the candidate’s accounting knowledge, Tally skills, experience and interview performance.
