Location: Apex Multispeciality Hospital, Bellahalli main road, near Reva university, Bengaluru.

Job Summary:

The Billing & Insurance Executive is responsible for handling patient billing, insurance processing, and coordination with TPAs to ensure accurate and timely claim submission and settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process patient bills for OPD, IPD, and emergency services.
• Verify patient insurance details and eligibility.
• Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for pre-authorization and claim approvals.
• Submit insurance claims and required documents within stipulated timelines.
• Follow up on pending claims, approvals, and settlements.
• Maintain accurate billing records and insurance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and insurance guidelines.
• Handle patient queries related to billing and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with medical, nursing, and accounts departments for proper documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Hospital Administration / Any relevant field.
• Knowledge of hospital billing and insurance processes preferred.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in hospital billing or insurance / TPA handling preferred.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and hospital management software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to handle insurance portals and billing systems.
