AI Quality Reviewer (Work From Home, Part/ Full Time)
RealLoop is hiring reviewers to check the quality of AI systems used by tech companies. Your job is to review the AI produced, judge whether it is good enough, and log exactly what went wrong. No prior AI experience needed as we will train you.
What you will do
- Review AI output - This could be listening to recorded calls between an AI agent and a customer, reading AI generated chats or comparing two AI responses to decide which one is better among other use-cases
- Spot issues like a wrong or made up answer, an answer that does not fit the question, rude or robotic tone, unclear pronunciation, or the AI cutting the customer off
- Log each issue ans score overall quality in a simple format in a tool we give you
Who we are looking for
- Any graduate, any stream
- Good reading and listening in Hindi and English
- Patient with detailed, repetitive work
- Comfortable with basic computer work and Google Sheets
- Own laptop and stable internet
- Experience in BPO, customer support, data entry, content moderation, or quality checking is a plus, not a must
