Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our real estate postings across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and campaign tracking tools, ensuring maximum visibility and lead generation for our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Real estate postings: Create, manage, and optimize property listings across digital platforms.
- Google Analytics tracking: Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to improve campaign performance.
- Campaign management: Track and optimize marketing campaigns (“champions”) to ensure ROI.
- Meta Ads management: Plan and execute paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for lead generation.
- Google Ads optimization: Run targeted search/display ads with proper keyword tracking and reporting.
- Performance reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and design teams to align digital strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaigns effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
