Job Description
- Key Requirements (Must-Have Skills)Video Editing & Production: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve for Reels, Shorts, and long-form video edits.
- Graphic Design: Skilled in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop for vector graphics, banners, and real estate project posts.
- AI Content Tools: Hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, and AI video generators to speed up content creation.
- Performance Marketing: Setting up and managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager) & Google Ads for real estate lead generation.
- SEO Management: On-page & off-page SEO, keyword optimization, and Google search ranking strategies.
- Portfolio: Mandatory drive/link featuring video editing samples (Reels/Shorts), graphic designs, and past ad/SEO performance.
- Job Responsibilities Shoot, assemble, and edit high-quality videos, project walkthroughs, and trending short-form Reels/Shorts.
- Add motion graphics, captions, audio cleaning, sound effects, and color grading to video assets.
- Create vector graphics, site banners, and visual social media posts using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Leverage AI tools to draft scripts, generate creative ad copies, and automate content workflows.
- Plan and manage targeted Meta and Google Ad campaigns to generate qualified house construction leads.
- Maintain website SEO, track traffic analytics, and optimize search rankings.
