Job Description
Job Title: Junior Advocate / Legal Executive (KYC & Compliance)
Location: Bangalore
Company: Benaka Gold Company
Job Role We are hiring a Junior Advocate to handle KYC verification, compliance checks, and approval of gold-buying transactions/business cases.
- Key Responsibilities Verify customer KYC documents (ID, address, etc.)
- Ensure proper compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Review each transaction/business case and approve or reject based on legal guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Identify suspicious or high-risk transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for compliance-related queries
- Stay updated with KYC / AML regulations
- RequirementsLLB (mandatory)
- 0–2 years experience (freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of KYC & compliance
- Good attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills
- English required (Kannada & Telugu preferred)
Salary₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
