Junior Architect

Responsibilities:

• Design and Planning: Assist senior architects in developing architectural designs and plans, prepare detailed drawings, sketches, and 3D models using architectural software.
• Project Coordination: Participate in site visits, client meetings, and project coordination activities to gather project requirements and ensure timely completion.
• Research and Compliance: Conduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design practices to ensure compliance and innovation in projects.
• Documentation: Support the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with construction managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree Civil related field.

- Experience: Fresher

Skills:

• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•  Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
