Job Description
Job Purpose
To manage the hospital reception and front-office operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth patient registration, admissions, enquiries, communication, and coordination with doctors, nurses, and other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Patient reception and registration
- Telephone and enquiry handling
- Emergency coordination
Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Follow hospital policies, safety procedures, and patient service standards.
Coordinate with security personnel regarding visitor access and any security concerns.
Essential requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Calm and professional approach during emergencies.
Good customer service and patient-handling skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Basic knowledge of billing, admissions, and hospital procedures.
