About Us We are a growing organization providing CCTV Surveillance Systems and Biometric Attendance Solutions to clients across India. We specialize in the sales, supply, installation, and maintenance of security and access control systems for businesses and institutions nationwide.
Job Summary; We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations & Client Coordination Executive to manage end-to-end project coordination, vendor management, client communication, documentation, and service support activities. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities Coordinate material procurement, dispatch, and order tracking.
- Manage installation schedules and coordinate with vendors/technicians across India.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and project updates.
- Follow up with clients for installation completion reports and required documentation.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and related documents.
- Generate invoices and coordinate billing activities.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
- Track and schedule AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) visits and preventive maintenance activities.
- Provide basic technical coordination and support to installation vendors and service partners.
- Maintain project records, service reports, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, customer coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Experience in CCTV, Biometric, IT Hardware, Security Systems, or related industries is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to prepare quotations, invoices, and project documentation.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills with clients and vendors.
- Basic understanding of CCTV and biometric systems will be an added advantage.
