Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, trackers, meeting minutes, and documentation.
- Coordinate between design, estimation, procurement, and execution teams.
- Follow up on material requirements, drawings, approvals, and site-related activities.
- Monitor project progress and highlight delays, issues, or risks to management.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, site visits, and client discussions.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, quotations, work orders, approvals, and project documents.
- Ensure effective communication between all departments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support management in maintaining project timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
- Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and time-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and project tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of residential construction/project execution is preferred.
- QualificationDiploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
