Job Description
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers
Prepare and issue purchase orders
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
Compare prices and maintain cost efficiency
Maintain records of purchases and vendor details
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse
Follow up with vendors for order status and delivery
Resolve issues related to quality, delay, or damage
Coordinate with internal departments for requirements
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
