Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and manage a team of real-estate sales executives.
• Own team targets for calls, qualified leads, site visits, bookings and revenue.
• Conduct daily reviews, call audits, pipeline inspections and conversion analysis.
• Ensure timely lead follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.
• Create weekend rosters and maintain sufficient coverage across project sites.
• Coach executives on customer qualification, objection handling and closures.
• Build strong relationships with property heads, sales leaders and builder management.
• Maintain updated knowledge of projects, inventory, pricing, offers and competition.
• Coordinate with presales, marketing and operations to improve lead-to-booking conversion.
• Identify funnel leakages and take corrective action quickly.
• Ensure the team follows ethical sales practices and provides accurate information to customers.
• Share reliable forecasts and performance reports with leadership.

What We Are Looking For

• 6–12 years of experience in residential real-estate sales preferably in Bengaluru
• At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team.
• Strong relationships with builders, channel partners or property sales heads.
• Demonstrated experience delivering site visits, bookings and revenue targets.
• Strong call-coaching, negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Comfortable working from project sites and managing weekend operations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, pipeline reporting and sales analytics.
• High ownership, urgency and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
