Job Title: Sales Manager - Personal Loans
Location: Bangalore
Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager – Personal Loans to drive high-value, high-yield personal loan disbursements. If you have hands-on experience handling tickets between 2 Lakhs to 10 Lakhs.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and sourcing for Personal Loans upto 10L
Target and convert customer segments suited for high-interest rate personal loan products.
Build and manage channel partners, DSA networks, and direct sales channels.
Ensure end-to-end processing from lead generation to document collection and final disbursement.
Maintain portfolio quality through initial credit screening and profile verification.
Requirements
Relevant experience in Personal Loan (PL) Sales is mandatory.
Proven track record in handling ticket sizes of upto 10L
Hands-on experience selling high-yield / high-interest rate PL products.
Strong network of DSAs, connectors, and local channels.
Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
