Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end BTL client management and activations, from client briefing to execution and reporting.
• Plan and execute BTL and ATL marketing campaigns, activations, promotions, events, and brand engagement activities.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Drive sales, business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, campaign plans, and activation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, field teams, and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Lead and manage a team of 5–10+ members, including allocation of responsibilities, performance monitoring, and team coordination.
• Work effectively in a startup culture, demonstrating ownership, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in sales, marketing, BTL/ATL activation, client servicing, or integrated marketing.
• Strong practical experience in BTL activation and client management.
• Proven experience in handling projects end-to-end, from planning and client coordination to execution and reporting.
• Strong sales and business development skills with a track record of achieving targets.
• Experience managing a team of 5–10+ members.
