Job Description

  • Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping. Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance.
  • Manage GST filing, reconciliation and compliance. Handle TDS calculation, payment and filing.
  • Check and reconcile bank, vendor, and customer accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable. Verify invoices, expenses, and accounting
  • entries.
  • Prepare monthly financial and MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents.
  • Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper financial records and supporting documents.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
  • Support management with financial reports and analysis.
