SEO Analyst

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement SEO strategies for real estate websites and project pages.
• Conduct keyword research based on property, location, project, and real estate-related searches.
• Perform on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Identify and fix basic technical SEO issues affecting website performance.
• Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building activities.
• Improve local search visibility through Google Business Profile and local SEO activities.
• Optimize website content for target keywords while maintaining readability and quality.
• Coordinate with content writers to create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and property/project content.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and other SEO metrics.
• Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and similar SEO tools.
• Conduct competitor SEO analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Regularly audit website pages and identify SEO improvement areas.
• Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and current SEO trends.
• Work closely with the content, web development, and marketing teams.
• Required SkillsGood understanding of SEO fundamentals and search engine algorithms.
• Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO.
• Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Basic understanding of technical SEO.
• Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Good understanding of local SEO.
• Basic knowledge of HTML is an advantage.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
