Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, monitoring project progress, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring timely completion of work while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Verify layout, levels, line, and measurements before execution.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Conduct quality inspections for RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and other construction activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Check contractor bills and verify executed quantities.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and clients.
• Identify construction issues and provide practical site solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, work permits, and progress records.
• Support project handover by ensuring snag-free completion of work.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of residential building construction.
• Hands-on experience in RCC, finishing works, and interior execution.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety practices.
• Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in residential apartment or villa projects.
• Experience in high-rise residential construction will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with project scheduling and quantity verification.
