About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused F&B Captain and Stewards to join Kings

Club.

The Captain role involves supervising the service team, ensuring smooth

restaurant operations, and delivering an excellent dining experience to our members and guests.

The Steward role involves Providing excellent food and Beverage service ,maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for members and guests.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

•    Greeting and assisting members and guests with their requirements

• Positive & professional Attitude, Teamwork

•    Supervise and coordinate the service team during operations.

•    Ensure timely and professional food and beverage service.

•    Allocate duties and monitor staff performance..

•    Handle guest queries and resolve service-related concerns professionally.

•    Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.

•    Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

•    Monitor inventory, crockery, cutlery, and service equipment.

•    Support the team during events, banquets, and peak hours.
