Job Description
Plant Studio – Store & Client Relationship ExecutiveWe are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and people-friendly individual to manage our premium boutique indoor plant studio.
Key responsibilities:
- Independently manage the day-to-day operations of the plant store.
- Interact with customers and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Develop new clients and generate corporate, festive and gifting orders.
- Manage enquiries and orders through our online platforms.
- Create a warm, premium customer experience and grow the business.
