Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Call Customers: Make daily calls to people using a given list(MIN 200 to 250 calls)

Explain Loans: Tell customers about our loan options and benefits.

Check Eligibility: Ask simple questions to see if they can get a loan.

Collect Documents: Help customers submit papers like ID proof and income slips.

Meet Targets: Complete your daily calling and monthly loan sales goals.

Update System: Enter customer details and call notes into the MIS Report.
