Looking for telecaller as below quality.


Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to new leads or past clients using company scripts to pitch items or services.

Handle Inbound Calls: Answer incoming customer questions, fix issues, and explain service rules.

Generate Leads: Find out what a client needs and check if they want to buy.

Update Records: Type call notes, customer data, and follow-up dates into the company CRM system.

Meet Targets: Reach daily or weekly goals for call counts, leads found, or sales made.
