Customer Support & Documentation Executive

SV Coach Works is looking for Female Customer Support & Documentation Executives to coordinate with customers over phone and WhatsApp, collect required documents and coordinate with the internal processing team.

Responsibilities:

• Call customers and explain the documents required.
• Follow up with customers for pending documents.
• Collect documents through WhatsApp, email or other approved channels.
• Check whether the required documents are complete.
• Maintain records of documents received and pending.
• Share complete customer documents with the processing team.
• Coordinate with the processing team whenever additional documents are required.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers until documentation is completed.
• Handle customers politely and professionally.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Kannada communication preferred.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Female candidates preferred.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who is patient, organised, good at communication and comfortable making regular customer follow-up calls.
