Job Description
AMJ Company is looking for a skilled and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our sales team in Bangalore.
The candidate will be responsible for making daily calls to dealers, distributors, and potential B2B customers, generating new business leads, following up on enquiries, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, and potential customers.
- Generate new B2B sales leads through calling and follow-ups.
- Introduce and explain AMJ products, models, prices, and offers.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, orders, and pending payments.
- Maintain regular communication with existing dealers and distributors.
- Identify new dealers and distributors and develop business opportunities.
- Maintain daily call records and customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams regarding customer requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Candidate Requirements:Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Kannada, Hindi, and English communication skills are preferred.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
