Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Telemarketing Team Leader to manage and motivate our telemarketing team in the Real Estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for assigning leads, monitoring daily calls and follow-ups, guiding team members, improving lead conversion, and ensuring the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. The role includes training team members on calling techniques, sales pitches, objection handling, and customer follow-up, as well as monitoring individual performance and preparing regular reports. The Team Leader will also coordinate with the sales team for site visits and lead conversions, handle escalated customer queries, and implement strategies to improve team productivity. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, sales, telecalling, team management, target achievement, coaching, CRM, and performance-monitoring skills, with prior experience in real estate or telemarketing preferred.
