Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database or cold leads.
- Explain various insurance products based on customer requirements.
- Understand and assess customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into policyholders.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
- Adhere to compliance, data protection, and confidentiality guidelines.
- Coordinate with the operations teams for policy issuance and follow-ups.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional insurance policies and riders.
- Maintain call records and CRM updates
- Maintain Inbound/Outbound call data
