Job Description

  • Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesTraining & DevelopmentConduct training sessions for new joiners and existing employees.
  • Deliver process, product, system, and soft-skills training.
  • Explain SOPs, policies, workflows, and process guidelines.
  • New Joiner TrainingConduct induction and process training.
  • Provide classroom and practical training.
  • Assess trainees before moving them to the production floor.
  • Training Needs AnalysisIdentify knowledge and skill gaps.
  • Understand areas where employees require additional training.
  • Plan refresher training based on performance gaps.
  • Assessments & EvaluationsConduct tests, quizzes, role plays, and practical assessments.
  • Evaluate trainee performance.
  • Track scores and training completion.
  • Refresher & Upskilling TrainingConduct regular refresher sessions.
  • Provide training based on process changes and new updates.
  • Support employees in improving their performance.
  • Performance ImprovementWork with Operations and QA teams to identify performance gaps.
  • Conduct targeted training for employees with low performance.
  • Monitor improvement after training.
  • Training Material PreparationCreate and update training presentations, manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and assessments.
  • Ensure training materials are aligned with the latest process updates.
  • Quality & Process ComplianceCoordinate with QA to understand quality issues.
  • Train employees on common errors and quality parameters.
  • Ensure employees understand compliance requirements.
  • Floor SupportProvide support to employees after training.
  • Clarify process-related doubts.
  • Assist new employees during the transition from training to production.
  1. Training MIS & Reporting
  • Maintain training attendance records.
  • Prepare training reports and assessment scores.
  • Track training completion and nesting performance.
  • Share training updates with management.
  1. Coordination
  • Coordinate with HR, Operations, QA, and Team Leaders.
  • Understand business requirements and plan training accordingly.
  • Participate in calibration and review meetings.
  1. Feedback & Continuous Improvement
  • Collect feedback from trainees.
  • Identify areas for improvement in training delivery.
  • Continuously improve training methods and content.
