3D Visualizer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Visualizer to join our architectural design studio.The candidate will be responsible for transforming architectural concepts, drawings and 3D models into high-quality photorealistic visualizations, presentation images, walkthroughs and design communication material.The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of architecture, materials, lighting, landscaping and interior spaces, along with a strong visual sense and attention to detail.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. 3D Modelling

& Visualization·      Develop accurate 3D models from architectural drawings, sketches and design concepts.

·      Prepare exterior and interior 3D visualizations.

·      Develop architectural massing, façade elements, landscape elements and site surroundings.

·      Set up camera views and compositions appropriate for architectural presentations.

·      Develop realistic materials, textures and finishes.

B. Rendering·      Produce high-quality photorealistic renders for:

o  Residential projects

o  Commercial projects

o  Corporate interiors

o  Hospitality projects

o  Industrial projects

o  Plotted developments

o  Landscape and amenity spaces

·      Develop day, evening and night-time visualization views.

·      Prepare atmospheric and lifestyle-oriented architectural images.

·      Carry out post-production and image enhancement.

C. Design Communication·      Work closely with architects and designers to understand the design intent.

·      Translate design concepts into compelling visual narratives.

·      Prepare images for:

o  Client presentations

o  Design reviews

o  Marketing presentations

o  Project brochures

o  Competition submissions

o  Social media and digital marketing

·      Assist architects in developing presentation boards and visual material.

Essential Software Skills ·      

• 3D Modelling: SketchUp / equivalent
•  Rendering: Enscape / D5 Render / V-Ray / Lumion
• Post-Production: Adobe Photoshop
