Academic Counsellor

Beyond Campus Universal (BCU) is looking for energetic and enthusiastic freshers to join our growing team as Inside Sales Executives.

The role involves connecting with prospective learners who enquire about university degree and professional certification programs, understanding their requirements, and guiding them towards the most suitable program.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
• Follow up promptly on leads generated through the BCU website, digital campaigns and other sources.
• Understand the learner's education background, career goals and program requirements.
• Explain suitable university programs, certifications, fees, EMI options, eligibility and admission procedures.
• Build rapport with prospective learners and provide a personalised counselling experience.
• Follow up consistently with interested candidates and convert qualified leads into admissions.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM system.
• Achieve assigned weekly and monthly admission/conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
• Candidate ProfileFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Graduate in any discipline – BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, B.Sc or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional regional languages will be an advantage.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with prospective students over the phone.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop a career in Sales / Education Counselling.
• Good interpersonal, persuasion and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools will be an advantage.
