About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counsellor & Digital Marketing Executive who is interested in building a career combining student counselling, admissions and digital marketing.

The candidate will interact with prospective students, understand their learning requirements, explain suitable courses and assist them through the admission process.

Along with academic counselling, the candidate will contribute to our digital marketing activities including social media, content creation, videos, email marketing and online campaigns.

Prior sales experience is not mandatory. Training will be provided for academic counselling, lead follow-ups and admissions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Counselling & AdmissionsRespond to student enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Understand students' learning requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Explain course structure, schedules, fees and other relevant information.
• Follow up with prospective students and support them through the admission process.
• Maintain lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with trainers and operations teams when required.
• Work towards admission and enrolment targets.
• Build professional relationships with prospective and existing students.
• Digital MarketingManage social media pages and assist with regular posting.
• Create social media posts, reels and short-form content.
• Create basic graphics using Canva or similar tools.
• Assist with video creation and editing.
• Upload and manage YouTube content.
• Write captions and basic marketing content.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns.
• Support webinars and online promotional activities.
• Coordinate website and content updates.
• Track basic social-media performance and engagement.
• Research content ideas and digital-marketing trends.

• Are comfortable learning academic counselling and admissions sales.
• Have basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or YouTube.
• Have experience with Canva, video editing or content creation — an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Are willing to learn and take responsibility for both counselling and marketing activities.
