Job Description

Key Responsibilities During Articleship

  1. Accounting & BookkeepingX`
  • Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and journal entries.
  • Prepare financial statements like Balance Sheet & P&L.
  1. Taxation
  • Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns.
  • Assist in tax audits and advance tax workings.
  1. Audit Assistance
  • Work on Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Bank Audit.
  • Perform vouching, verification, and compliance checks.
  • Draft audit reports and working papers.
  1. Compliance Work
  • ROC filings, MCA compliance, PF/ESI compliance (if applicable).
  • Assist clients in meeting regulatory deadlines.
  1. Client Interaction & Reporting
  • Communicate with clients regarding data requirements.
  • Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and presentations.
