Job Description
We are looking a Accounts cum Admin Executive who can join our team immediately to manage daily back office and accounting tasks. The candidate should have basic knowledge of MS word and MS Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily back office work
- Co-ordinate with clients and team
- Prepare documents like quotation, proforma invoice etc
- Maintaining Bank Statements in Excel
- If experience in tally and knows book keeping with daily entries will be an additional weightage to CV
Eligibility:
- Diploma / Graduate in specialization
- Should have knowledge of Tally prime and MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)*
- Good Communication skills
- Should know languages - Kannada, English and Hindi
- 6 months of Experience
- Salary upto 18000 per month
