Architect

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and responsible Architect cum Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling projects from concept development and planning to design, client coordination, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts for residential projects.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, working drawings, and detailed layouts.
• Plan floor layouts, elevations, furniture arrangements, lighting, false ceilings, kitchens, wardrobes, and other interior elements.
• Select and recommend suitable materials, colours, finishes, laminates, tiles, sanitaryware, lighting, and fixtures.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Prepare design presentations and material selections for client approvals.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and site teams.
• Visit project sites regularly and monitor execution as per approved drawings and designs.
• Ensure proper implementation of design, quality, dimensions, and finishes at site.
• Stay updated with latest architectural, interior design, materials, and construction trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of architectural planning and interior design.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Enscape/ Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of construction materials and interior finishes.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
