Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence, and a passion for connecting with people and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct sales presentations and explain offerings effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to improve sales performance.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers and handling objections.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
