Job Description

Job Title: Counter Sales Executive for Kids Clothing Showroom

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers at the sales counter.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and offers.
  • Process sales transactions and issue bills.
  • Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter.
  • Replenish stock and ensure product displays are attractive.
  • Answer customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to check product availability.
  • Meet daily sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer and billing system knowledge.
  • Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
